Check-in Intensives

In deze tijd zijn gezondheidsrisico’s en uitval vaak te wijden aan chronische stress, een verstoorde werk/privé balans en te weinig bezieling, reflectie en herstel. Reset dagen zijn ontwikkeld om als organisatie laagdrempelig (bijvoorbeeld periodiek) te investeren in zelfzorg en welzijn van medewerkers.

Tijdens deze 1- daagse training op een fijne buitenlocatie, staat één van de volgende 6 actuele thema’s centraal: Stress regulatie, Zingeving, Energiemanagement, Ontspanning & Balans, Focus & Aandacht en Mindset. De ervaringsgerichte oefeningen (o.a beweging-, ontspannings- en ademhalingsoefeningen), reflectieve opdrachten en de stilte dragen bij aan het welbevinden van de medewerkers.

Wanneer een reset dag? Een logisch moment voor een reset dag is bijvoorbeeld na een periode van hard werken, overconcentratie, focus en afronding. Naast de pieken in werkdruk zijn er bedrijven die periodiek investeren in deze dagen om zo structureel en duurzaam te investeren in bewuste en veerkrachtige medewerkers.
